Parking @ LSU Fundraiser 2026 (LSU vs Texas A&M)

This fundraising opportunity is open to all Scouts BSA, Venturers, Explorers, Scout Leaders, and parents/guardians.  (Cub Scout parents/guardians can participate.)

Typical games pay $90/worker for a 7:00 AM start and $60/worker for a 12:00 noon start. We will work until released, which is usually 15 minutes after the announced kick-off time (typically 7:00 PM. Start times and pay will be adjusted based on the announced kick-off time.

Scouts are welcome to participate individually or with their unit. An adult must accompany youth younger than 12. In accordance with Scouting America Safeguarding Youth Training requirements, female youth must be accompanied by either a registered female leader or their parent/guardian.

The duty is to ensure that people have a parking pass for the right game and lot. Then, make sure that they park in the numbered parking spot that corresponds to the number on the Parking Pass. It is important to make sure that no one parks in our assigned duty spots unless they have the matching permit.

To register, email Peter Davidson, TAF/BSA Parking Coordinator, with names, unit number, early or late start, and whether youth or adult.  There are 30 openings for the Early Start ($90/worker) and 60 openings for the later start shift ($60/worker). Spaces are allotted on a first-come basis.

For example, the early shift needs to check in between 6:30 and 6:50 AM and be in their assigned lots by 7:00 AM. The later shift needs to check in between 11:00 and 11:30 AM and be in their assigned lot by 12:00 Noon. Please check in at the south side of the Athletic Administration Building. There will be a table set up for Scouts, Leaders, and Parents/Guardians to check in. The Athletic Administration Building is on Nicholson Drive west of the Stadium. Tell the Lofton Guard that you are dropping off Scouts. At check-in, everyone will be given their lot assignments, given orange vests, lot maps, and some adults will be issued radios. NOTE:  Vests, maps, and radios need to be returned at the end of the shift.
