Program Planning Committee - Capital and Northshore

The Program Planning Committee for Capital Area, Red Stick District and Northshore Area is powered by volunteers who want to make a difference in Scouting. Meeting five (5) times a year, this committee brings together individuals who care about delivering fun, meaningful, and high‑quality programs for our youth. These meetings are an excellent opportunity for volunteers to learn, connect, and contribute in a way that fits their interests and availability.
Attendees will have the chance to participate in breakout sessions for one or more of the following program areas—no prior experience required:
- Activities & Civic Service
- Camping & Outdoor
- Advancement & Recognition
- Training
Each area plays a critical role in the Scouting movement, and every volunteer contribution—big or small—helps shape the experience of our Scouts. If you have ideas, enthusiasm, or simply a desire to help, we invite you to join us. Together, volunteers collaborate, share resources, and create synergy to deliver the best possible program for our youth.
