Every Scout Deserves a TRAINED Leader!

This meeting's topic explores the importance of recruiting and planning for the health of a unit. 

Presentation Topics:

• Sign-Up Planning (Cub Scout) - Tips from experienced volunteers. Examples -- parent contact with principles for school access, parent volunteers for Scout Talks, Scout units supporting their local Cub Packs on Sign-Up night, and activities for children during the parent meeting.
• Program and Budget Planning - Volunteers share the benefits of developing a Program Plan, Unit and Budget during the summer and then be ready to share with parents at the Sign-Up events. 

The meeting is open to additional/other topics that would be relevant in support of Units preparing for recruiting in August.

This Zoom meeting is for all Scout leaders and volunteers. Please attend, or make sure someone from your Pack and/or Troop will be joining this special virtual gathering. This is a very important topic, so make plans to attend this meeting
