Scouters, and Parents, Kelly Orr is conducting a Basic Rifle course at beautiful Camp Maumee near Norman, Indiana. Participants completing this course is the first step in becoming a Certified Rifle Instructor which is required to be a Rifle Merit Badge Counselor. This is an 8-hour course, 8am to 5pm. Cost is $100 for materials and certification. Class size is limited. If the class if full, please join the waitlist.
