Scouters and Parents, Kelly Orr is conducting a Range Safety Officer course at beautiful Camp Maumee near Norman, Indiana. Participants completing this course will earn the designation of Range Safety Officer (RSO). An RSO is required to open and operate shotgun and rifle ranges on Scout Reservations. This is a 9-hour course, 8am to 5pm. Cost is $100 for materials and certification. Class size is limited. If the class if full, please join the waitlist. It would be great to see you in class and the Council would be grateful to have additional RSO's available.
