Lodge Executive Committee Meeting

The Lodge Executive Committee meeting is our monthly All-Lodge meeting. All members are welcome to attend! 

The Lodge Chief hosts the meeting, and the "Key Five" members (the Lodge Officers) and the Lodge Committees give their monthly status reports to the Lodge body. Important votes are also had during this meeting. If you want to know what is happening in the Lodge and hear information first-hand, you should attend. You might even have a part in deciding Lodge votes!

Meetings follow Parliamentary Procedure according to Robert's Rules of Order in this general format:

• Gathering and Fellowship
• Opening & Welcome
• Approval of Last Month's minutes (Last Month's meeting schedule and conversations)
• Key 5 Reports
  • Lodge Chief
  • Vice Chief of Chapters
  • Vice Chief of Committees
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
• Committee Reports
• Old Business
• New Business (New discussions for the upcoming months and events, any new votes)
• Closing and continued Fellowship
