Order of the Arrow - Winter Banquet

Winter Banquet will be our first Lodge event of the year 2027!

The Winter Banquet will be held on January 2, 2027 at Bethany Lutheran Church in Batavia, IL. At this event, we will be presenting a number of awards, including the Founders' James E. West, Legacy Fellow, and Arrowman of the Year Awards! We will also be presenting our goals, gifts to the past E-Board officers, and revealing the rest of the 2027 event themes! Dinner is included, with the presentation happening after dinner.

Winter Banquet is going to be a great time, and all OA Members are encouraged to attend! This event will be on the ground floor and can easily be accessed by anyone with mobility concerns. Please note any dietary restrictions with your registration and we will try our best to make any needed accommodations.

Winter Banquet Cost: $30

2027 Polaris Event Pass members who have paid their $100 event fee for 2027 are entitled to attend this event for no additional charge. Thanks!

Registration is through Lodgemaster only. Payment can be done online with credit card. Please pay promptly! Refund requests need to be submitted to the Lodge advisers for consideration, 2 weeks before the banquet.

You must have paid your 2027 Lodge dues ($20) &/or purchased the 2027 Polaris Event Patch ($100) which includes Winter Banquet, 2 Fellowships (Spring & Fall), 2 Brotherhood Bashes, Lodge LLD and Special Year Patch. You may pay your dues when you register for Winter Banquet using your same Lodgemaster portal.

Members, please use your personal LodgeMaster Portal > Event Registration to signup for this fun Lodge Event! NOTE: Registration closes before this event on Sunday 12/27 at 11:59 pm, to allow for food and supplies.

Once you log in, you can find the Event on the “Upcoming Events” Calendar or “Event Registration” tab. Select the Register icon, validate your profile, select your Event choice & fee, and complete your payment in the Cart.
