This meeting is for all the activities team of the Ottawa Program Committee. This includes; Activities, Civic Service, and Camping. The meeting is lead by the Vice Chair of Program Activities. The purpose of the meeting is to communicate important information to the entire Program Committee and provide time for each team to meet and conduct business. 

We will meet in person at Fox Valley Presbyterian Church, before Roundtable. The church is on East Side Drive and Route 38 in Geneva.
