North Star District Meeting

North Star District Meeting
The District Committee Meeting is the first place to get all the information you need for upcoming events, trainings, and most related Scouting topics.
This meeting is open to all registered leaders in the district. It is the mission of Scouting America to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law. The purpose of the district is to work through chartered organizations and community groups to organize and support successful units. The end result of effective district support is more youth members receiving a better program.
Scouting America district meetings exist to support local units (packs, troops, crews) by facilitating training, planning district-wide activities, and strengthening unit health to ensure a quality, safe program. These meetings foster collaboration among volunteers, focusing on membership growth, fundraising, and implementing the Journey to Excellence.
