Your Eagle Paperwork must be approved by the Seneca District Eagle Coordinators before your Eagle Board of Review is scheduled. 

An original book consisting of: 
- Eagle Scout Rank Application (certified by Council) 
- The 21 blue merit badge cards used for advancement to Eagle 
- The Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook, completed and signed by all approving parties 
- Statement of Life's Purpose and Ambitions 
- Leadership, Honors and Awards 

Plus two mirror copies of the above
