Monthly meeting of district level volunteers to plan the Activities, Advancement, Membership, and Training programs in support of the Packs, Troops, Teams, Crews, and Posts of the district. Committee members and Chartered Organization Representatives make up the District Committee. They spend most of this time in breakout meetings working on upcoming activities and events.
