Celebrate Scouting at the WV Black Bears game vs State College and participate in an overnight experience on the field!  Tickets must be purchased by July 12.

Pricing:

• $31.50 (includes all below)
  • $9.50 - game ticket only
  • $6.50 - add-on voucher for hot dog & drink
  • $15.50 - add-on for overnight camping

Overnight Details:

Following the game, those registered for the overnight will return to their cars and move them next to the field (to a designated parking lot). Everyone will bring in their camping gear (bringing a small wagon could be helpful, if appropriate). Tents will be set up on the field (tent stakes are not permitted).  Once tents are set up, the Black Bears staff will bring down snacks for a movie on the scoreboard. Following the movie, the lights-out time will be announced. The next morning, a light breakfast will be available and everyone will pack up and leave, around 8:00 AM.  Participants are welcome to bring a small cooler with drinks (no alcohol) and snacks to keep in or near your tent. Trash cans are provided and all trash should be cleaned up both before lights-out on Friday night, as well as before you leave Saturday morning.

To ensure proper adult supervision, Scouts attending the overnight must maintain proper supervision as outlined in the Guide to Safe Scouting.
