Under the direction of the Board President, Jeremy Gaul, the Board of Directors acts as the governing body of Twin Valley Council.  Members of the Board are elected and serve a term of one year from April - March.  The Board of Directors meets once a month, opposite months as the Executive Committee.  Location for this meeting will be Norseland Scout Camp beginning at 6:30 p.m
