Dear Troop Leader -
Thank you for entrusting your Scouts' summer camp experience to the staff at Camp Krietenstein. Our staff prides itself on a quality program and outstanding service to you and your Scouts, and we are working to make this summer better than ever.
We have developed new programs such as Stand-Up-Paddleboarding, and introduced a Discover SCUBA program. In addition, we have a created an older boy leadership development program that we are calling "Adventure Base". Scouts who sign-up for Adventure Base will have the opportunity to go off-site and experience a high-ropes course at the conclusion of the week. We continue to improve our commissioner service to better focus on you and your Troop. We have also gone through a new merit badge syllabi development process. Also, we have developed a new STEM center focusing on science, technology, engineering and math. Finally, you and your Scouts will be able to enjoy a new Dining Hall during your week at camp.
As always, we are doing everything we can to make your experience at camp the best it can possibly be. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/CampK1922) as the summer approaches to find out more!!
In addition, there will be a Leaders Meeting on Saturday May 3rd,
from Noon until 1:30pm.
