Venturing Rover Rendezvous will be on Saturday, February 20-21, 2021 at Tamagusuku Youth House in Nanjo City. This Rendezvous will be a one day event this year, and will include Archery, Air rifle shooting, team building games and more. All Scouts of Venturing age are welcome (14-20) whether registered as a Venturer or not.  Come see what Venturing has to offer.

The cost for either youth or adult participants is $15, which includes all activities, overnight stay and a patch. There is also a discounted "Adult / Non-participant" rate of $10, which includes a patch (but not the activities).

We anticipate that Council and Regional Venturing Officers will be attending, so you can meet our youth venturing leaders.

All Japan and US Forces Pacific Covid-19 protocols will be enforced:  masks are required, we will organize in groups of 12 or fewer and maintain social distancing.  All attendees will need BSA Medical Forms Part A and B, and the appropriate youth or adult waivers.

As space is limited, and due to COVID-19, any adults who want to remain for the activities are asked to register (they are free) and will form a separate cohort from the Scouts and remain socially distanced.  We ask that you remain separate from the cohort of Scouts, unless asked to assist by the instructor.  Any Scouts who are not accompanied by an adult will need to bring a completed health form parts A and B, available at https://filestore.scouting.org/filestore/HealthSafety/pdf/680-001_AB.pdf.   After the event the Scouts must be collected.

**Temperatures will be taken at check in and must be below 100.4°F for an individual to attend.  Please do not attend if you have had exposure to or displayed COVID-19 symptoms in the last two weeks.  Please consider not attending if someone in your household is considered to be in the high risk group for COVID 19 as defined by the CDC https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/need-extra-precautions/people-at-higher-risk.html.  All attendees over the age of 10 must wear a mask.  Please bring your own**”
