Okinawa Merit Badge Day & Camp Dragon Swim Test

Come join us for a day of merit badge instruction in an immersive learning environment! Scouts will have the opportunity to complete key Citizenship merit badges and/or First Aid, as well as complete their official District Swim Test, which will count for Camp Dragon.

This event is open to registered Scouts. Space may be limited by class size.

Date:   Saturday, February 14, 2026

Location: Kadena AFB, Fairchild Pool /Kadena Scout Hut

Important Notes

Scouts must be currently registered with Scouting America.

Swim test is an official District swim test and will be valid for Camp Dragon.

Lunch is not provided — please bring your own.

Scouts should bring a blue card (if required by their unit), notebook, and writing materials.

Merit badge prerequisites (if any) will be communicated prior to the event.
