The Yokohama District have agreed to give us space for 4 leaders and 36 Scouts. Bridging the Scouting Association of Japan (SAJ) and scouts from the Boy Scouts of American (BSA) in a program for Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, and Venturing.  Each scout program will have it's own activities overall with a couple joint events too, and we'll all be doing activities with local scouts.

All the participants are expected to use chartered BUS from Yokohama station.
