Merit Badges & Program Participation
All youth participants must select Merit Badges from the class listings during registration.
Disclaimer: All Merit Badge classes are subject to change based on the availability of qualified adult leaders and volunteers.
Each unit must provide appropriate leadership oversight, including required female-to-male leadership ratios.
All adult leaders may be asked to assist or volunteer during camp activities.
Provisional Campers
Provisional youth campers can be placed into a provisional unit for the duration of camp. Please contact the Camp Director as soon as possible if you need to be designated as a Provisional Scout. They Camp Director will help you connect with a Host Troop. After this connection, communication and information is the responsibility of the Provisional Scout/Parent(s), Provisional Scout's Scoutmaster, and the Host Scoutmaster.
Provisional parents and other volunteer leaders are welcome to attend, provided all adult Scouting America registration requirements are met.
Medical & Activity Consent Form Requirements
A completed Scouting America Annual Health and Medical Record (Parts A, B, and C) and Activity Consent Form is required for all participants (youth and adult).
Please ensure you review all posted camp documentation and leader information prior to arrival to properly prepare for Camp Okami 2026.
