Registrations received after 31 March 2025 may not be able to participate in Scout Camp Site run activites due to pre-booking requirements.

THEME:  Edwardian Era Exploration

The Edwardian era (1901-1914), named after King Edward VII, was a period of significant transformation bridging the Edwardian age and the modern 20th century.  What we hope is that during the Mayflower District Spring Camporee 2025 you will learn more about how the Edwardian Era, through events such as the Women's Suffrage Movement and Social Reforms, helped evolve the country and how life was like for those living then.  More details can be found in the Event Guide.

Parent Portal Available:
We have enabled the use of Parent Portal.  This allows the initial Registration Contact to provide unit parents with access to only their Scout's part of the registration, to make payments and complete data entry. 

Here is how it works for the Registration Contact:
1.  From the 'Additional Actions' dropdown menu select 'Parent Portal'.  Additional instructions are located inside the application.  
2.  Select 'Use Parent Portal' via the checkbox.
3.  After checkout return to this feature and select 'Parent Portal Credentials' to print parent login credentials.
4.  Give parents one login credential for each of their participants (including themselves if they are one of the participants).
5.  Parents can then use these credentials to make payments and update data entry fields such as name, rank, dietary requirements, etc.
