The Edelweiss District is planning an adult training weekend near the Ansbach community over the October 24 to 26, 2025 weekend.

The location is the 'Camp Freedom' aka Frankenkaserne in Munasiedlung Germany.

Camping will be available begining Friday evening however the offical syllabus will kick off on Saturday morning. The fee to attend is $25 per person but which primarily covers the costs for food for the weekend as well as any training aids and program materials needed for the courses:

Meals included:

• Saturday
  • Breakfast
  • Lunch
  • Dinner - dessert and a 'crackerbarrel snack'
• Sunday
  • Breakfast.

What to bring:

• All attendees will need to bring an annual health and medical form parts AB.
• You will need to bring your own personal camping gear to include tent, sleeping bag, cot, toiletries, towels, and a mess kit (plate and/or bowl, fork, knife, spoon, and mug/cup) and camp chair (if desired) 
• all patrol gear will be supplied by the course organizers- no need to bring additional equipment
• Full Field Uniform
• Activity Uniform
• Clothes for inclement weather - it's Germany in April, it could be snowing or it could be shorts weather, be prepared!

• Course instruction timeline begins at 8am on Saturday through 11:00 am on Sunday.
