TAC delivers a top-quality Scouting program with unique geographic opportunities to open the outdoors, teach skills, enable service, develop leaders and citizens, and instills the values of the Scout Oath and Law to 6,800 youth in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia.

Your financial support makes a difference in the lives of these youth and the 2,500 volunteers in our Council.

Friends of Scouting (FOS)

This is the local fundraising campaign that every council in the Boy Scouts of America runs to help fund its own annual operating budget. The national BSA registration fees you pay annually goes directly to BSA National headquarters. No money comes to us from BSA National. Like all councils, we must be self-sustaining.

All monies raised here from our Friends of Scouting campaign stays here be used on our Scouts.

FOS donations are eligible to receive recognition items. For more information see the FOS Brochure attachment on this form.

Eric Cooley Campership Fund

This fund has been created in memory of Eric Cooley, Scouter and previous Council Commissioner in the Transatlantic Council. Eric and his wife believed it was always important that every youth have an opportunity to attend camp or National Youth Leader Training (NYLT) or for adults working in remote areas to be able to attend Wood Badge.

To honor Eric's life, these Campership contributions will be used to support youth wishing to attend a TAC summer resident camp or TAC NYLT Course. It will be based on financial need. Your contribution will honor Eric and Alvina's efforts and make a difference each year.

Flags Over Normandy

Your $1000 donation to purchase a flag recognizes the efforts of the volunteers and Scouts of the Transatlantic Council's preservation of the five landing beaches of Normandy, as well as financially helps ongoing program opportunities for youth in the Transatlantic Council.

James E. West Fellowship

A donation of $1000 or more specified to the James E.West Fellowship will be credited to the Transatlantic Council Endowment Fund. The principle cannot be spent and the interest generated provides support on an annual basis.

We appreciate your support!
