American Heritage Day
Step into history, culture, and tradition at American Heritage Day with the Muscogee Nation of Florida on November 15, 2025 in Bruce, FL!

American Heritage Day is an event for Cubs Scouts and Scouts BSA scouts.  Cub Scouts will complete their Citizenship adventures, and the Scouts BSA scouts will have a chance to complete the American Heritage Merit Badge and the American Cultures Merit Badge.

All scouts will have an opportunity to tour the Muscogee Nation of Florida museum and participate in other fun activities.

There will be a flag folding competition, followed by a flag retirement at the end of the day.

Cub Scouts: Complete the Citizenship Adventure

Enjoy a $10 Cub Scout event (patch included)/$15 Scout BSA event (patch included), plus grab a tasty hot dog lunch for just $5.

Schedule Highlights:
9AM–2PM — Classroom time & museum tour (Lunch will be around 11:30AM)
2PM–3PM — Games & activities
3PM — Flag folding competition
3:30PM — Flag retirement ceremony

Check-in will be held at the Muscogee Nation of Florida Community Center 278 Church Rd. Bruce, FL. 

Hot dog lunch will be available for purchase for $5. Includes Hotdog, Chips, and Water. Please bring cash.
