Flag placement at Barrancas National Cemetery will happen RAIN or SHINE regardless of weather (unless the Commanding Officer of NAS Pensacola cancels due to other intervening circumstances) as Memorial Day will be Monday, May 29, 2023 and the flags must be in place by Saturday, May 27, 2023.
