Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO)

It's a training program for Cub Scout leaders that prepares them to take their Cub Scouts on overnight camping trips and outdoor activities.

BALOO training has two parts: an online component and an in-person, hands-on component. The online component must be completed before the in-person component. This training is open to any registered Scouter!

Skills you will learn:

* First aid & safety requirements
* Gear selection
* Pocketknife safety
* Basic knots for Cubs
* Campfire planning
* Outdoor cooking and meal planning
* Much, much more!
