Chainsaw Safety Class

Sharpen your skills and power up your service! This hands-on Chainsaw Safety course gives adult Scouters the knowledge and confidence to safely operate and maintain a chainsaw on Scout property. Perfect for camp service, workdays, and conservation projects!

*This course is for experienced chainsaw operators*

Date: February 7, 2026

Location: Camp Euchee

-Class Runs from 8:00am to 4:00pm Saturday

-Cost: $20

-Pack your own Lunch and bring a water bottle

-Class size should range from 12 to 24 participants.

-You must bring Safety Toe Boots, Leather Gloves.

-Chaps, Helmets, Eye Protection and hearing protection will be provided to share.

-Bring your Part A and B Health & Medical Record

- You must be over 21 to run a chainsaw on scout property.
