This is an important event where we bring together leaders and representatives from across the Council to review our successes from the past year, discuss plans for the future, and celebrate the incredible impact Scouting has on our youth and communities.

A social hour will begin at 6:00 PM with heavy hors d'oeuvres provided, followed by the meeting, which will start promptly at 7:00 PM. There is no cost to attend.

Chartered Organization Representatives, Executive Board Members, Executive Committee Officers, District Chairs, and Council Members-at-Large, are invaluable in shaping the future of Scouting in our area. Your role as a bridge between your organization and the Scouting movement ensures the success and growth of our mission to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices throughout their lives.
