Join the Virginia Headwaters Council Training Team for a weekend of Adult Leader education at our fall University of Scouting.  Achieve your "Trained Leader" status by taking BALOO (for Cub Scouts) or IOLS (for Scouts BSA).  Up your adult leader game by learning how to conduct a successful ILST in your Troop, how sending your Scouts to NYLT enriches the Scouting experience for our youth, and why investing in Adult Leader education such as Wood Badge can take your unit to the next level.  Many other sessions and topics will be added as we get closer to the date.  Stay for the day or join us all weekend.  Saturday night's Cracker Barrel will feature a Wood Badge Reunion celebration for all Wood Badge Alumni and future Wood Badge participants.
