An opportunity for all Arrowmen to learn and provide input on the Lodge events for the coming year. The training is a combination of vision casting, leadership training, and fellowship. The event is required for all lodge officers, chapter chiefs, and adult advisers and is open to all lodge members, youth, and adults, as well as Arrowmen from other lodges.

Most classes and training will be held at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, while some evening events will be facilitated at Baden-Powell Park, about a 15-minute drive from the Church. Arrowmen are encouraged to plan on tent camping at Baden-Powell Park for the weekend.

- Fundamentals / Terminology of the OA

- Vision, Goals, and Sharing Them

- Performing Effectively in your Role

- Where are Resources? How to Use Them?

- Building and Maintaining Relationships

- Conversion (Induction Process, Brotherhood Conversion)

- Service in Community / Community Relations

- Retaining Members

- How to Plan Effectively

- Group Communications

- One-on-One Communications

- Leading v. Serving and the Relationship Between Them

- Unit Relationships

- Time Management

- Adult Role in the OA

- Budget Creation and Management

- Creativity Skills
