Cowboy Action Shooting NRA Day will be a fun filled day to introduce the exciting world of Cowboy Action Shooting.  Participants will learn gun safety as well as Cowboy Action Shooting from certified Instructors and Range Safety Officers.

Cowboy Action Shooting is a multifaceted shooting sport in which participants shoot with firearms typical of those used in the taming of the Old West: single action revolvers, lever action rifles, and side by side coach shotgun.  The shooting is staged in a unique, characterized, "Old West" style. Participants will shoot in 3 stages (courses of fire) in which they engage steel and other targets.  Scoring is based on accuracy and speed.

This event is limited to ages 14 and above.

Lunch will be provided.  All participants will receive a certificate of completion. Participants will receive a free NRA day Shirt

Registration is required (no walk-ons).  Spots are limited.      

Do not bring any personal firearms! All Firearms and safety equipment will be provided.
