The purpose of the Trainer's EDGE course is to provide and help develop the platform skills of a trainer. Trainers Edge is designed to give adults and youth trainers the skills to be an effective presenter and instructor. Only practice can polish these skills, but this course is intended to "train the trainer" on behaviors and recourses while while offering hands on experience in methods and media. The group will offer feed-back that will help you improve your skills as a trainer. Feedback is a gift, we want to make sure it is given in a positive, helpful way. Trainer's Edge is a requirement for all NYLT staff and Wood Badge staff.
