2026 Haunted Woods Set Up and Scare 

First Set Up Weekend: Haunted Wood Set Up Weekend 10/16 – 10/18

When: 10/16 –4:30 pm through 10/18 – 2pm

Where: Rainbow Scout Reservation

What: Assist in setting up the Haunted Woods Walk and camp for the weekend

Who: Scouts BSA and Crews scouts, leaders, and parents

Cost: $20 for the weekend covers camping and food costs 

What to bring: Medical Forms are required at check-in. Also bring a tent and general camping supplies. Please eat dinner prior to check in on Friday night.

Second Set Up Weekend and Scare: Haunted Wood Set Up and Scare Weekend 10/23 – 10/25

When: 10/23 – 4:30 pm Through 10/26 – 2pm (for tear down. Stay as long as you can)

Where: Rainbow Scout Reservation

What: Assist in setting up the final touches of the Haunted Woods Walk and be part of the scaring on Saturday night.  Camp for the weekend as well!

Who: Scouts BSA and Crews scouts, leaders, and parents

Cost: $20 for the weekend covers camping and food costs 

What to bring: Medical Forms are required at check-in. Also bring a tent and general camping supplies along with your scariest costume. Please eat dinner prior to check in on Friday night.  Please reach out to Joe for costume suggestions since we need certain things for theme based areas.
