2023 Introduction to Leader Specifics for SM/ASM Fall
When: SUNDAY, October 1st
Time: 11 AM to 5:00 PM
Where: Rainbow Council Scout Reservation, 2600 N. Winterbottom Road, Morris, IL - Bravta Training Center
Who: Scoutmasters, Assistant Scoutmasters, Webelos I &II Den Leaders, Troop Committee Members
Dress: Scout Uniform for your current position
What to bring: Pen and paper for note taking, Troop Leaders Guide Book. No lunch will be served, feel free to bring a bag lunch.
This course introduces the adult leadership to the day to day operations of how a troop functions. Explanations of adult leadership positions, youth leadership positions along with clarification on policies procedures and proper uniform guidelines are just a few of the topics discussed. If you are planning to join a troop in the near future, have just joined a troop or feel you need a refresher, this is the training for you!
