NOAC, the National Order of the Arrow Conference, offers Arrowmen a unique opportunity to come together for fellowship, leadership development, and personal growth. Waupecan has enjoyed strong participation and support at recent NOAC events held in Tennessee, Michigan, and Colorado.

Typically held every three to four years, the next NOAC will take place July 26–31, 2027, at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, conveniently located just a short drive from Rainbow Council. This event is open to all OA members, including both youth and adults.

While final pricing has not yet been established, we expect additional details to become available around August or September 2026, once the budget is finalized. At this time, the estimated cost is approximately $1,000–$1,250 per participant, though the final amount may vary.

To support early planning for committees, logistics, and contingent coordination, we are opening registration with Early Early Bird pricing. This rate is guaranteed to be $100 less than the full registration price that will be announced in early fall. Participants who register at this level will also receive one special early NOAC 2027 flap.

Only 250 of these flaps will be produced, with a portion made available to the general public as a fundraiser. Of that total, 100 flaps are reserved exclusively for our contingent through September.

A $100 deposit secures Early Early Bird pricing through July 31, 2026. Registration rates will increase after that date. Patches are expected to ship or be distributed in early August 2026, or sooner if available.
