NOAC, the National Order of the Arrow Conference, offers Arrowmen a unique opportunity to come together for fellowship, leadership development, and personal growth. Waupecan has enjoyed strong participation and support at recent NOAC events held in Tennessee, Michigan, and Colorado.

Typically held every three to four years, the next NOAC will take place July 26–31, 2027, at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, conveniently located just a short drive from Rainbow Council. This event is open to all OA members, including both youth and adults.

The first step to attend is to choose a registration option and make a payment to hold your spot.

2 options::

• Discounted/EarlyBird Fee of $675: 
  • Full payment is due upon registering
  • NON-refundable (but is transferable within the Lodge)
  • Deadline of Jan.15, 2027 or when NOAC spots are filled, whichever is first
• Regular Fee of $750: 
  • Requires at least a $100 deposit
  • Refundable, less $100 deposit  (transferable within the Lodge)
  • Deadline of May.1, 2027 or when NOAC spots are filled, whichever is first
  • Full payment required by June 1, 2027.  (Payment schedule:  $100-Due Feb.1, $150-March 1, $150-April 1, $150-May 1, $200-Jun1 )

***Space is limited, and it is expected that the Conference will reach capacity before published deadlines, so ACT QUICKLY..!!

***You will likely NOT have the ability to switch from one type of Fee to the other.

Participants who register will also receive one special early NOAC 2027 flap.

Only 250 of these flaps will be produced, with a portion made available to the general public as a fundraiser. Of that total, 100 flaps are reserved exclusively for our contingent through September.
