When:  August 15, 2026; 10 A.M. to approximately 3:30, followed up with attending the new Ordeal Ceremony

Where:  RSR Wilhelm Center

Why:  Learn how to build better relationships in the Lodge and Scouting, hone your communication skills, build a vision, share the OA message, and learn how to more effectively perform in your leadership roles.

What is Lodge Leadership Development?

Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) is a locally delivered training program within the Order of the Arrow designed to equip youth and adult leaders with the skills needed to effectively plan, manage, and lead lodge and chapter operations, emphasizing servant leadership and interactive training.

Lunch will be provided for all participants (Pizza).  Please bring a water bottle for the day.

Pre-registration is REQUIRED.  But get in on this crazy affordable deal - This is a one-time discounted offering and all participants will walk away with an LLD Patch.
