When: Saturday. October 3; show up anytime from 9am-3pm!

Where: Starting at McKinley Woods (26932 River Bluff Dr, Channahon, IL), the trail will head east to the Will County Forest and back for a round trip of 5 miles!

Who can come: Anyone! Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, and their families are all welcome to this event.

**Come learn about the rich history of the I&M Canal in Channahon**

**A scavenger hunt will be available to Cub Scouts who want to earn a spiffy prize**

**We encourage you to bring a sack lunch if desired: there are plenty of picnicking spots both at Mckinley Woods and the Will County Forest**

**Hikers should bring a mask as we will be enforcing the CDC guidelines including social distancing along the trail: but there is plenty of space to spread out!**
