The OA is meant to be lived, not just earned.

For over a century, the Order has created transformative experiences for Scouts across the nation. As we continue our mission to be the reason Scouts want to stay in Scouting, we are evolving. The Order of the Arrow has redesigned the induction experience to create a welcoming environment where members forge real connections, discover what Brotherhood, Cheerfulness, and Service truly mean, and leave energized for the future.

Why You Should Attend

This is the first opportunity for current Kunamokst Lodge members to see and experience the new induction firsthand.

During this weekend, you will re-experience your induction in an entirely new way. And don't worry — this isn't just reliving the Ordeal you are used to. You will have full access to conversation, you will be well-fed with full meals, and you will walk away with some exclusive, commemorative SWAG.

Note on Participation: While experiencing this new induction is a requirement for anyone serving in key induction-related roles next year, it is not a requirement to maintain your current membership in the OA. However, if you plan to serve on a future induction team (staff), you are strongly encouraged attend this event to gain the necessary firsthand understanding of the process. All current members of the lodge are welcome to attend!

• Future Staff: Anyone planning to staff a lodge induction event in 2027 or beyond.
• Current Members: Anyone eager to experience this historic transition and help ushed in a new era for our organization.
• Lapsed Members: A perfect opportunity to re-engage with the Order and connect with your fellow Arrowmen.
• Neighboring Lodges: Members from other lodges are welcome to join us to support this transition!

Current members who complete the new induction experience in 2026 will receive a special collectible item to commemorate their participation in this historic event.

Cost

The cost to attend the Kunamokst Lodge Induction Experience is $35 (or free if with the Antler Pass).

Registration is required to attend and payment is due at the time of registration so we can order necessary materials.
