Snow Capades 2025

Event Details

It is held at Camp McLoughlin next to the beautiful Lake of the Woods on Highway 140 between Klamath Falls and Medford, Oregon. The camp is at 5,000 feet in elevation and experiences winter conditions ideal for fun in the snow. The fun includes fire building, snow-shoeing, saucer runs, marshmallow roasting, and much more! It’s a daylong event that is “winter fun for all."

$15 Early Bird ends Dec 13

Registration ends Jan 24 

Everyone enjoys a hot lunch in our dining hall and receives a patch!  Packs receive a ribbon for their Pack flag. 

There will be a 350-person limit per session (200 youth and 150 adults). All sessions are open to the family, fathers, mothers, and siblings are all invited. Potential Cub Scouts are also invited. Children must be 5 years of age or older to participate in events.

All participants must bring helmets, gloves, hats and water bottles and be prepared for their clothing to become wet.  Packs are encouraged to bring a sled to pull their supplies.
