The OA Induction is when Scouts go through their induction ceremony to allow them to join the Order of the Arrow. Scouts that have been called out / notified that they have been elected during this years unit elections this is their first opportunity to join the lodge and become an Ordeal Member. There will also be an opportunty for all current Ordeal Members to become Brotherhood members of the lodge.
