Event Payment Policy

All event fees and registration costs must be paid in full prior to event. A $2.00, per person, convenience fee will be charged to payments made at the event. Payments taken after the event are considered late and late registration pricing will apply. In addition, a 10% service fee ( or $10, whichever is greater) will be applied to the unpaid balance for each month the registration is not paid in full.
