Please arrive and be parked by 8:30AM

Arrival time and parking: Parking will be at the South Plains Fairgrounds from 6:30am to 8:30am. They will have shuttles services that transport people to the staging area at First Baptist Church. The last shuttle will run at 8:30am so please ensure you have time to park and hop on before they leave!

Meeting point: Our meeting point will be in Zone 5, near 13th and Ave U. Please look for the black South Plains Council truck, as well as our Sea Scout boat!

Other details:

• We are accepting candy donations until July 1st, so please feel free to bring a bag to the Scout office to donate.
• The Parade begins at 9:45AM at First Baptist Church and will end at South Plains Fairgrounds.
• We will have a float and a group walking behind it, so please wear good walking shoes, sunscreen, and bring water.
• Please plan to wear your Field Uniforms (Class A) but can wear an Activity Uniform (Class B) if you don't have one. Please NO basketball shorts or sweatpants with uniform!
• We encourage you to bring your unit flag to walk with, and if you were on a crew that went to Philmont or Sea Base, wear your gear from that high adventure base!
