Welcome to the 2024 Order of the Arrow Fall Induction Event!

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Fall Induction, where new candidates will join the brotherhood and existing members will come together for a weekend of service, fellowship, and fun.

Event Details:

  • Dates: September 20-22, 2024
  • Location: Camp C.W. Post – Post, Texas
  • Check-in Time: Friday, September 20th, 6:45 PM to 7:15 PM
    • IMPORTANT: You must arrive no later than 7:15 PM
  • Departure Time: Sunday, September 22nd, at 10:00 AM

 

Event Highlights:

  • Induction ceremonies for new candidates
  • Service projects to improve our camp
  • Brotherhood activities and fellowship
  • Fun and engaging evening programs

Early Bird-Registration Information (THROUGH August 10, 2024):

  • Candidate Fee: $50 (includes meals and materials)
  • Brotherhood & Vigil Fee: $35 (includes meals and materials)
  • Member Fee: $15 (includes meals)

Registration Deadline: August 10, 2024, 11:59PM (Note: The online registration system cuts off firmly at this time even if you have begun your registration minutes before.)

Regular Registration Fees (End 11:59PM September 14, 2024)

  • Candidate Fee: $55 (includes meals and materials)
  • Brotherhood & Vigil Fee: $40 (includes meals and materials)
  • Member Fee: $20 (includes meals)

Registration Deadline: September 14, 2024, 11:59PM (Note: The online registration system cuts off firmly at this time even if you have begun your registration minutes before.)

Late Registration Information (Beginning September 15 through 12PM September 18, 2024):

  • Ordeal Candidate Fee: $90
  • Brotherhood & Vigil Fee: $75
  • Member Fee: $60

Registration Deadline: September 18, 2024, 12:00PM (Note: The online registration system cuts off firmly at this time even if you have begun your registration minutes before.)

There will be absolutely NO registrations after September 18, 2024 at NOON. 

NO day-of registrations permitted.

How to Register:

  1. Complete the registration form through the "Register Here" button on the right hand side of this page.
  2. Submit your payment online via our secure payment portal.
  3. Review the event guidelines and code of conduct.

What to Bring (for detailed list, refer to the attached Event Guide) :

  • Full Scout uniform
  • Personal camping gear (tent, sleeping bag, etc.)
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Work clothes and gloves for service projects
  • Personal toiletries and medications

Important Notes:

  • All participants must have a current Health and Medical Record (Parts A and B).
  • Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or special needs in the registration form.
  • Parents and guardians are welcome to attend the closing ceremony on Sunday.
