Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills is an introductory course designed for adult leaders of Scouts BSA troops.  All units doing overnight events are required to have at least one adult IOLS trained leader.  This course will give you the basic skills and information to conduct a safe and successful outdoor Scouting program.
