CAMP CONNECTED
VIRTUAL SCOUTS BSA SUMMER CAMP

Get ready for a fun, interactive camp experience like no other! Choose 4 merit badges per week from our list of 14 offered during camp! Our counselors are prepping hands-on, interactive, merit badge fun!

Plus, virtual trips, candy bar BINGO, a Dungeons & Dragons campaign, evening crafts, Camper of the Week, Best Home Adventure Award, Knifty Knotter, and more! Plus, every registered Scout gets a t-shirt, water bottle, camp patch, and whatever kits and supplies they need for their badges!

TROOP SPECIAL

When 12 Scouts from the same Troop -- or 70% of Troop's roster -- register for GSC Camp Connected, they earn their Troop a FREE weekend reservation at Camp Roosevelt, redeemable on any available camping weekend before the end of April 2021! Programs available during these weekends usually include climbing, orienteering, boating, geocaching, cycling, ATVs, shooting sports, archery, and more!

ROUGH RIDER FIRST YEAR PROGRAM

New Scouts: Join together to gain the knowledge and skills needed for the Scout through 2nd Class ranks as you take your first steps on the Trail to Eagle!

CAMPFIRES

Campfires are the heart and soul of the summer camp experience, so of course you will get 2 (online, of course). 

THEME WEEKS

Weeks 1 and 4 offer even more fun with special themes! Since Week 1 leads up to July 4, camp is all about the birth of our Nation as the Colonies fight for independence. 

Week 4 is Holidays Week! Each program day will feature a different holiday!

ADULT LEADER OFFERINGS

We are offering 3 trainings, one each evening Tuesday through Thursday. Plus, some quality social time. (Camp is fun for leaders, too, after all). Bonus: Leaders are free to participate!

SKILLS WEEKEND

Of course, some requirements and skills are best taught in-person, at camp. Scouts taking the Cooking or Wilderness Survival merit badges will have access to a skills weekend at Camp Roosevelt for no additional fee (date TBD), so they can complete those in-person requirements. (Scouts from far away Councils will be able to complete these requirements with their Troops, once they return to in-person camping).

REASONABLE RATES

Scouts: $125/week  Want to register for multiple weeks? We have a multi-week discount program! First week: $125. Add a 2nd week, save $40! Add a 3rd week, save $80! Add a 4th week, and save $120! Register for the first week, then email to request the coupon codes to add more weeks!

Adults: No additional charge (but you are welcome to buy a t-shirt)
