Fall Virtual Merit Badges

Garden State Council is pleased to offer a new set of merit badges, delivered online, in October and November of 2020 at a cost of $5 per badge.

• Animal Science
• Automotive Maintenance (In Person Only!)
• Citizenship in the Nation (Eagle Required!)
• Environmental Science
• Exploration
• Farm Mechanics (In Person Only!)
• Fire Safety
• Indian Lore
• Photography
• Public Health
• Sports

Most of these badges will be delivered as a single, group zoom session with Scout-driven completions to be submitted to the counselors following the session. Please note that Photography has a limit of 15 Scouts and will meet for several sessions through the week of October 19. Farm Mechanics and Automotive Maintenance are in-person-only opportunities!

At checkout, be sure to select Class Schedule and choose the merit badge. This will add the Class Schedule to your Registration Portal and give you access to any information from the Counselor, including pre-requisites, additonal sessions, etc., plus the Zoom link for your session! 

****Also, after registering, be sure to keep your confirmation email from no-reply@247scouting.com! It contains a link back to your Registration Portal, where you will be able to access the Class Schedule, the Zoom link, and the blue card data once all requirements have been accepted by the Counselors. 

The Registration Contact must be an adult, and the Participant is the Scout. Thank you!
