Meals:
Please ensure your Scout is packed with a meal for dinner on Friday night. This could be a sandwich or something easily microwaveable. No meals will be provided on Friday night.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided on Saturday. Additionally, we will serve breakfast on Sunday before departing from camp.

Medical and Dietary Needs:
If your Scout has any medical needs or requires medication, please indicate them during registration. It is crucial that we are aware of all requirements to ensure your Scout's well-being during the trip. Likewise, if your Scout has any special dietary needs, please indicate them during registration. We are committed to meeting every Scout's needs and ensuring their comfort and safety.
All participants must bring a copy of the BSA's official Annual Health and Medical Record, linked to the side.
Youth Protection Training:
Any parents or guardians joining us on this trip must complete Youth Protection Training online.

Safety and Standards:
The health and safety of our Scouts is our top priority at all times. We maintain stringent standards to ensure the well-being of all participants. If you pay for the trip but do not complete the required training, you will not be allowed to attend, and unfortunately, there will be no refund.

Packing List:
As our upcoming trip draws near, it's important to make sure we're well-prepared for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please find below a list of essential items to include in your packing:
Sleeping Gear:
- Sleeping bag or sheets and blankets
- Pillow (if desired)
Footwear:
- A pair of boots (for outdoor activities)
- Tennis shoes or comfortable walking shoes
Day Pack:
- A day pack, such as a book bag or drawstring bag to have items such as water bottle and rain gear handy on Saturday.
Clothing:
- Change of clothes for each day
- Appropriate attire for the expected weather conditions
- Jacket or coat
- Hoodie or sweatshirt
- Poncho (weather can be unpredictable)
Toiletries and Shower Items:
- Shower stuff, including towels and soap
- Shower shoes
Miscellaneous:
- Any personal medications or medical needs, labeled clearly
- Any specific personal items you may require
