2025 OA Section 17 Conclave

There are 20 slots available for Lenape Lodge.The cost of the event will be $899 (between 4 payments) for all Arrowmen under 21 years old and $1350 for all Arrowmen over 21. If you are (or turn) 21 by or during the time of Conclave, you must register as an ADULT.FOR YOUTH UNDER 21: you may lock in your slot by confirming a deposit of $100 by December 14. The following payments must then be made: February 1 - $299, April 1 - $299, and May 1 - the remaining balance due $201. You may also choose to pay the full amount ($899).

FOR ADULTS 21+: an application process will be implemented before next week and posted here in the slack channel. This application form will be due by December 14. If chosen, you will then go through an interview with a panel to determine if you are selected for an adult slot (there will be 4 adult slots available). If selected for an adult slot, adults are expected to pay the full amount ($1350) or come up with an acceptable alternative which must be approved only if the full payment cannot be made.

After May 15, NO REFUNDS will be issued for any circumstance.

-Before May 15, you may receive a refund less the $250 nonrefundable deposit made by section.Your price is as all-inclusive as possible: including all transportation (including airfare), meals, all tourism, camp amenities, housing, the cost of attending conclave, a swag package, etc. 

Payments can also be made offline through the Scout Office or Scout Shop.

Payment in full is due May 1, 2025.
