New Induction Experience- September 18-20

On September 18-20, Lenape Lodge will be displaying the New Induction Experience to our Lodge Members. Over the past several years, the National Order of the Arrow Committee has been developing a New Induction that better represents the core values of Brotherhood, Cheerfulness, and Service to the Arrowmen of our generation.

This weekend will take you through the New Induction Experience firsthand. Don’t worry, it is a lot different than the Induction that you went through, yet will still feel quite familiar. This New Induction will feature much more guided reflection, cheerful service, and again a night under the stars. Though this sounds like the legacy induction, there are both very familiar parts and different parts that all combine to create an induction experience that each and every one of you will enjoy!

Don’t forget to bring your current sash and a notebook and pen–these are important materials for the weekend. Included with the registration cost, just $25, is the food for the weekend, covers any program costs, the New Member Guidebook, an OA String Backpack, and a Challenge coin for the New Induction!
