Scouts BSA Weekend in the Woods

Camping, Fun, Fellowship, and Trainings!
For female Scouts BSA Troops, Webelos, and Arrow of Light.

WHEN:         March 1-3, 2019.
WHERE:      at Worth Ranch, 1518 Worth Ranch Road, Palo Pinto, TX 76484
COST:          $20 for Scouts and adults
                     $15 for Saturday only
INCLUDES:  Food, programs, equipment, and fun!

Weekend in the Woods is an event designed to introduce new female Scouts BSA, Webelos, and Arrow of Light Scouts to some of the exciting adventures of Scouting. The weekend is filled with fun activities, intriguing demonstrations, training, and plenty of good food.

TRAININGS to be offered:

• Women in the Woods training   (youth and adults)
• Intro to Leadership Skills - for Troop PLC and SM  (youth leaders, adult leaders)
• Scoutmaster Position Specific Training  (adult leaders)

ACTIVITIES: 

• Rock Climbing
• Rifle
• Shotgun
• Archery
• Fire Building
• Knife Safety
• Knots
• Campfire
• Interfaith Worship Service
• Awesome food.
