In order to accommodate all unit Camp Card requests we are creating a wait list for additional Camp Card orders. We anticipate being able to fill additional orders after March 19th.

What is the Camp Card fundraiser? 

The Scout Saver fundraiser is an Entertainment Savers Guide with offers from local vendors. This is a great deal for $10! The offers are a great mix of retail, dining, automotive services, entertainment, & much more.

When will the program run? 

The Camp Card sale will begin in March and end on April 30, 2023. Units will be able to start selling when they receive their cards. Units can sell beyond May, but participating Scouting units must pay the Council $5 per card by 5/8/23.

How much does the Scout Coupon Card cost & what is the pricing structure? 

The Scout Coupon Card retail cost will be $10 & your Scouting Unit will earn a $5 profit for each one sold. Below is a breakdown of the pricing structure. 

$5 Unit Sales Profit
$5 Council funding for support materials & inventory expenses.  (Units need to pay $5 per sold card to the Council by 5/8/23)

When Can I order? 

Ordering will be available beginning January 30, 2023, and cards can be ordered through April 30.  

When will funds be due to Council?

Funds will be due to Council no later than Tuesday, May 8, 2023

Can I return my unsold Scout Savers?

Yes! Unsold/unregistered cards are to be returned to Longhorn Council. Units will not be charged for any unsold/unregistered cards that are returned prior to May 8, 2023.

Storefront Sales

Units are encouraged to work with local businesses to arrange locations for Storefront Sales. Longhorn Council staff will once again be working with Albertson and Tom Thumb Locations to coordinate storefront sales. A separate registration page will be opening on February 17th for Storefront dates at these locations throughout the month of March. 

If I order a small amount at first & need more, can I get additional inventory? 

Yes. Units will pre-order cards & are able to re-order to supply their selling needs throughout the campaign season (re-orders could take up to 2 weeks to fulfill from the vendor if not in Council stock)
