Scoutmaster Position-Specific Training

This training shows Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters how the Scouts BSA program operates, provides troop leadership with the information and tools they need to lead successful Scout troops.

Scoutmasters and assistants who complete this training, along with Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) and Youth Protection training are considered “trained.”

This training is also available online at my.scouting.org under “E-Learning.” (If you do not have a my.Scouting account, you can create one)

All registrants must have proof of SCO_800 Hazardous Weather Online Training at check in!

This facility will abide by required COVID-19 restrictions: masks must be worn during the entire training and social distancing is required. There will be a temperature check at the door.
